Return items within 30 days to receive a full refund in the following conditions:
Ask for a gift receipt as the recipient needs a receipt to make an exchange! No receipt - no exchange!
How to return:
Before you return the items (at your own expense via a trackable method as we don't credit you for lost packages) telephone the store at (204) 680-6323 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which item(s) you are returning.
We will provide you with your Return Authorization Number. Please write it on the exterior of the package.
Processing time for refund of returned items is 5-7 business days once we receive your returned items and check the items over to ensure they met the above noted criteria. If they do not meet the return criteria you will not be refunded and your items will not be returned to you.
Defects: These are on a per basis case only.
- Inspect your item before tag removal and wearing and/or washing.
- Should you discover a defect, you must bring the item back to the store BEFORE the 30 day grace period so that we may replace/repair at our discretion. Should the item be sold out AND non-repairable, we would provide a store credit for the purchase price from the original receipt. No receipt, no credit.
- We do not warranty items washed for any fabric holes/runs/pulls, shrinkage, color bleed, color fade. You will not receive a refund nor an exchange or store credit. Inspect your item before washing.
We are a small, independently owned store and ask all customers to adhere to our return policy. We know you spend lots of money here and are loyal. We thank you and appreciate your understanding.
We reserve the right to cancel/void/refund payment for any order at any time.
